Maddie smiled as she finished closing up for the night, locking the doors to the large library. She was a librarian, preferring to work more around books than people, besides her sister always described her as looking like your typical bookworm. It was a bit later than when she usually left, already dark as she took off down the sidewalk. She didn’t live too far away so she walked to work. 

Juan looked at her from his hiding spot and began following her. He had been stalking her and planning to kidnap her for a while. He tapped her shoulder and showed her a piece of paper with an address on it.”Can you please tell me where this place is?”

Maddie yelped as she was touched, spinning around only to be face to face with the rather large man. “O-Oh…uh.” She took the paper and read the address. “Uhmm…I believe if you walk three blocks down you’ll reach the street, not sure where exactly the address is.” She smiled, holding the paper out for the man to take back.
